The name YORG comes from my grandfather, Jörg — a track runner known in our family for his relentless training. I grew up hearing stories about how he dragged tires during his runs, how he trained hard because he could. His discipline shaped how I saw effort — not as a task, but a mindset.

That mindset changed the way I trained. It’s why I started this.

But even one of the greats in my life couldn’t outrun everything. Health challenges eventually ended his running days. He’s still here, still fighting — a reminder that time is short, and the chance to make a name for yourself doesn’t last forever.

YORG is more than a name.
