Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take away practice time?
No — we work directly with your coach to film during warm-ups, cool-downs, or short lane rotations. Each swimmer takes just 1–2 minutes, and the insights save far more time in practice by reducing repeated corrections.
Where do filming sessions take place?
We film at your team’s regular pool with facility approval. If your pool has strict filming rules, we handle the paperwork and permissions. When needed, we can also arrange alternate filming-friendly pool space.
Is it safe and allowed to film minors?
Yes. Every swimmer and parent signs a consent and media release form before filming. All footage is used only for analysis unless parents give extra permission for marketing. We follow Safe Sport standards, never film one-on-one without another adult present, and store footage securely.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing is designed for teams, not individuals. Packages start around $425 per session for 5 swimmers, with flexible per-swimmer rates as teams grow. This way, you’re in control of how many athletes participate each month.
How soon do we get the analysis?
We deliver results within 7 business days. Coaches and athletes receive:
Video footage (above and underwater)
Individual feedback reports or voice-over analysis
Optional team-wide performance summaries
How do we know it actually works?
Video lets swimmers see what coaches have been saying — it makes corrections “click” faster. The result is quicker improvements in technique, more motivated athletes, and measurable progress across a season. Even when times take longer to drop, families see you providing college-level resources.
Do parents pay separately, or does the team cover the cost?
Our model is team-based. The team or club pays for the service, so families don’t deal with extra invoices. This makes it easy for coaches to present it as a built-in program benefit, not another optional fee.
What if not every parent wants their child filmed?
That’s fine — participation is optional. Only swimmers with signed waivers are filmed. Teams can still move forward with partial participation, and we’ll adjust pricing accordingly.
What if we only want to try one session?
No problem. Many teams start with a single pilot session. If you like the results, we can schedule recurring monthly visits or build a custom package. There’s no long-term contract unless you want one.
What makes YORG different from other analysis services?
We handle everything — filming, editing, analysis, and reports — so coaches don’t spend hours reviewing video. Our focus is on being an addition to your staff, not a replacement. That means you save time, look more professional, and give athletes access to resources normally reserved for elite programs.
